Kristin is the president and owner of Snap Promotions LLC. Having founded the company in 2009 with her husband, Lee Eldridge, Kristin set out to create more than a promotional products business. She wanted to create promotional partnerships. “We have a vested interest in the success of our clients. And nothing is better than watching our clients grow!”
Kristin began her journey in marketing as the vice president and director of sales for Absorbent, Ink from 2003 to 2009. She was involved in virtually all facets of a rapidly growing and successful business. Through Kristin’s time with Absorbent, Ink, she managed a staff that grew from a small group of five to a robust organization with more than 40 employees across multiple departments.
Kristin leads her team at Snap Promotions with the same strong vision of support and community. “Locally we’re known as the promotional products and apparel people, but we do more than that. We have clients all across the country — big and small.”
A graduate from the University of Kansas, Kristin is active with several community groups, charities and professional organizations including: PEO, Lawrence Rotary, Cottonwood Inc., the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Topeka Partnership.

Jennifer Berquist joined Snap Promotions in May of 2026 after working 35 years in college athletics. This new role allows Jennifer to use her exceptional connector skills while refocusing and repurposing her career.
Jennifer joined the Kansas Athletics staff in February 2002 as assistant director of the Williams Educational Fund after serving as the compliance auditor assigned to Kansas Athletics for four years. She was later named associate director of the Williams Fund, associate athletics director/Williams Fund in May 2010 and later associate athletics director/development.
A native of Marion, Kansas, Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from KU in 1994 and a master’s in education with a sports administration emphasis in 1996.
A 2001 Leadership Lawrence graduate, Jennifer holds leadership positions with Rotary District 5710. She is a past president of the Lawrence Rotary Club as well as the Lawrence Schools Foundation board. Jennifer is a member of Chapter JC (Lawrence) within the P.E.O. Sisterhood. She is also a weekly volunteer at LMH Health. Jennifer resides in Lawrence with her husband, Craig, and they have two children, Landon and Claire.

With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, Lee Eldridge has a passion for promotions. Lee’s experience includes marketing, design, advertising, copy writing and website development. “I often refer to myself as the jack of all trades, and master of none,” he quips. “We love what we do. Every day is hands on with a different client and a new challenge.”
Lee is able to utilize all of these talents to help make Snap Promotions a success. “We’re able to do in-house what most small promotional product companies cannot. And we’ve been in this industry long enough that we can do what the big online companies do, but better. We’re faster and more efficient than our competitors.”
As the president of PilgrimPage, Inc., a marketing and design firm located in Lawrence, Kansas from 1993 to 2009, Lee was responsible for launching an online promotional products company called Absorbent, Ink in 2001. During Lee’s time with the company, Absorbent, Ink was twice recognized by the Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country, and repeatedly recognized by Counselor magazine as one of the top ten fastest growing distributorships and best places to work within the promotional products industry.
Lee has lived in Lawrence since 1986, and graduated from the University of Kansas in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration. He is recognized as an innovative leader within the industry. Lee has served on multiple local non-profit boards including Theatre Lawrence and the Lied Center of Kansas. Lee is also a seasoned musician and plays in several Lawrence-based bands.

A dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned project manager, Stephanie thrives on turning ideas into reality. With many years of experience in project management, she excels at organization, problem-solving and bringing big visions to life—whether in business or the community. At Snap Promotions Stephanie wears a variety of hats and is responsible for facilitating orders from estimating to delivery.
When she’s not wearing her Snapologist hat, she is working as a Realtor, or spinning cotton candy as the owner of a whimsical cotton candy company. Beyond business, Stephanie loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and three beloved cats. An avid reader and social media enthusiast, she enjoys geeking out on the latest trends while also making a real impact through volunteering with various community organizations.

If you think John’s last name sounds familiar, you’re right. He joined the Snap Team in 2024 after graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Music Education. John has taken on a wide variety of responsibilities including the development of Snap Promotion’s e-commerce popup stores, social media, compliance, accounting, order processing, estimating and design.
John has also followed in the family tradition with his love for music. He teaches piano in the evenings and plays music on the weekends with Lee in their yacht rock band RipTide.
